[Admin user](https://knowledgebase.stinto.com/admin-user?hsLang=en) # Follow-up ## With the follow-up module in your company dashboard, you can ensure that all leads gets a automatic personalised follow-up right after they have been captured. This article explains how. ### How follow-up works When your employees connect with a new lead or contact, the lead first gets an exchange email with your contact information and your added materials. 5 mins later the lead is sent a follow-up email, with a message that you pre-written with dynamic tokens and a signture. This second email also includes the materials, so the lead have easy access regardles of which email they open. This ensures that your brand and employees are top of mind, and that your leads stay warm. ### How to manage follow-ups There are four sections were you can manage how you follow-up #### [Marketing Materials](https://knowledgebase.stinto.com/using-marketing-materials?hsLang=en) Here you can add PDFs, images and videos that can be added to your employees MyCards and Events you create. Simply pick the email template, the materials and which employees are going to the event.
