# Using signture

## We generate a signature that goes with all follow-up emails, based on the Stinto user's information. Here is how you configure it.

Under Follow-up \> Signature you can configure how the email signature should look. You can include/exclude:

- Jobtitle
- Phone number
- Email address
- Website
- Social media
- Link to the MyCard (business card)

You are also able to disable the signature all together by toggling off **Add a signature to the follow-ups**

 

The signature uses the company logo from your company card
