# What is Zapier

## Zapier makes your life easier by acting as a useful link between platforms that you would not be able to connect otherwise.

**With Stinto connected to your CRM via Zapier, you can send new contacts to the CRM straight from the app with notes and when *live* contacts update their details these are synced to your CRM too. This saves your organisation time, increases knowledge sharing and combats bad data qualit**y.

For this reason, we highly recommend that you integrate.

Also, it is possible to get started for free, but depending on your needs and your platform you may need a paid Zapier plan.
