      Capturing notes on contacts

      Being able to jock your memory with notes on contacts can be a lifesaver. Here is how you capture notes in Stinto.

       

      There two entry points to notes. You can access it through the profile view, or our handy quick notes feature.

      If you want the note to be transferred to your CRM, remember to share the contact with the CRM before making the note. All future notes will be transferred to your CRM

      Regular notes 

      1. Go find your contact in Contacts
      2. Select View Profile > Notes > New Note
      3. You now have the option to capture a note with our voice-to-text feature or write it manually.
      4. If doing a voice-to-text note you can select the language it should detect
      5. When you hit back, the note is saved.

      Quick notes

      1. Go find your contact in Contacts
      2. Select Quick notes
      3. You now have the option to capture a note with our voice-to-text feature or write it manually.
      4. If doing a voice-to-text note you can select the language it should detect
