# Editing account details

## It is easy to edit your account details. This is how.

Account details are accessed by going to **MyCard \> Cogwheels (⚙️) \> Edit account** in the apporby pressing **settings (⚙️) \> Edit account details** if you are using your browser.

Now you can edit your details like name, email and changing password.

Changes name and email will be reflected on your card

 

#### If you want to delete your account this is how:

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All contacts, notes and other information will be lost for good.

**Mobile app:**

1. Go to **MyCard \> Cogwheels (⚙️) \> Edit account**
2. **Press delete account**
3. **Confirm your choice**

**Desktop:**

1. Go to **settings (⚙️) \> Edit account details**
2. **Press delete account**
3. **Confirm your choice**
