If you are saying goodbye to an employee, this is how you remove them from your company account.
- Go to Employees > click employee
- Click the trash can icon
- Confirm your choice
Removing a user from your account will put them on a free plan, and stop the connection to the CRM etc.
The contacts that the former employee shared with the CRM, will remain including their notes.
If the removed user was on a team plan, you'll get credit for the remainder of the time on their subscription.
