What is StintoTap

This article will help you understand what exactly StintoTap is, the experience for your new contact and how you can benefit from using StintoTap.

StintoTap is an NFC card that lets you easily exchange contact details with a new contact by tapping the recipient's phone.


Once you have paired your StintoTap to your Stinto profile, it update your information in the app everytime you change something on your business card.

StintoTap makes it easier for both of you and your new contact to exchange contact information. You don’t have to get your phone out to find the QR code, and the recipient doesn’t have to scan the QR code. 

Your new contact does not need to be a Stinto user for you to connect.

 


How does StintoTap work

  1. Tap on the recipient's phone
    1. iPhone users should hold the card to the top of their phone
    2. Android users should hold the card to the back of their phone

  2. Your new contact will have their Stinto app open where they can accept the connection.
    1. If they are not Stinto users themselves, your business card will open in their browser and they can enter their details to you.
  3. When completed you'll have each other as contacts:
    1. You have everyone in the Stinto app
    2. Your new contact will either have you in their app or get your details in their inbox.
